Responsible Gaming

At rollyspin.com, we are committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. While gambling can be a fun and entertaining activity, we recognize that for some individuals it can become a problem. We take this issue seriously and offer tools and guidance to help players stay in control of their gaming behavior.

When to Take a Break

If you feel that gambling is no longer a source of entertainment, or if you’re concerned that you may be losing control over your play, we strongly encourage you to consider self-exclusion or self-limitation options. To request self-exclusion, please email us at support@rollyspin.com.

During the exclusion period, your account will remain inaccessible, and you are not permitted to create new accounts. After the selected period has ended, your account can be reactivated only upon request. rollyspin.com bears no responsibility if you continue to gamble using another account, name, or address during the exclusion period.

SELF-LIMITATION AND OTHER OPTIONS

We offer a variety of tools to help you control your gambling:

Self-exclusion: Full account block for a specified period (up to 12 months)
Disabling promotional messages: You can unsubscribe from emails, SMS, push notifications, and bonus offers either in your account settings or by contacting support.

To request any of the above options, contact our support team and include your account ID and the exact limitations you'd like to apply.

RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING ADVICE

To reduce the risk of developing gambling-related issues:

Do not view gambling as a source of income
Only play with money you can afford to lose
Set strict time and money limits, and stick to them
Avoid gambling when feeling stressed, depressed, or under the influence of alcohol or substances
Never chase your losses

SELF-ASSESSMENT

Answer the following questions honestly. If you answer "yes" to most, you may be developing a gambling problem:

Do you struggle to control how much you spend on gambling?
Do you borrow or steal money to gamble?
Have you started neglecting time with family or friends in order to gamble?
Do you lie about how much time or money you spend gambling?
Have you lost interest in hobbies or other activities?
Do you feel depressed or hopeless due to gambling losses?

If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, it may be time to take a break or seek help. If these questions raise concern, consider seeking professional help. It's never too late to take back control.
